How it surfs
The Hokua uses a quad fin setup (1× US box + 4× FCS2 boxes) which Naish describes as giving 'a fast, yet loose feeling, while maintaining excellent surf control.' The additional center fin box allows the board to be ridden as a thruster or single-fin as well. Naish states the board is designed for 'waist-high runners, overhead reef, punchy beach breaks.'
